At Run Slut, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
    • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at getaround@run-slut.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  3. Exceptions:

    • Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  1. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  2. Restocking Fee:

    • We do not charge restocking fees.
  3. Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for an exchange.
